Summary: We had a great trip to Surfside this year. House was in a great location, property manager was extremely helpful and responsiveness, house was CLEAN, and even better than we expected. We enjoyed the layout (bigger living/dining area rather than bigger bedrooms) and had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 4 young kids. The porch was great to sit outside and watch the ocean, property had lots of helpful gadgets that you may have forgotten while packing, etc etc. We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking at booking for next year. We travel to Surfside every year, and this house is very comparable to the 7 or 8 others we've stayed in, so it's not like it's an amazing/extravagant house, but we believe it stands out from the rest due to reasons listed above - location, layout, property manager, etc. So as long as you're accustomed to Surfside and not expecting a 5-star luxury house, you will not be disappointed.
